Odo receives advice about romancing Kira from Vic Fontaine, an observant, self-aware, holographic 1960's Las Vegas lounge singer from one of Bashir's holo-programs.
Found it humorous that Kira and Odo are so unable to deal with their feelings for each other that they had to be set up by a hologram to finally go out on a date. The kissing scene on the promenade still makes me giggle with delight. I like this episode despite the fact that only progress that was made was in Odo's and Kira's relationship.
