True Blood - 5.01 Turn! Turn! Turn!

Bill and Eric are taken by the authority. Pamela attempts to turn Tara to save her life. Sam is blamed by Marcus' pack for his death.

This epsiode almost felt like a filler epsiode. I think I may like Nora.

I wish I had Eric's Speed cleaning abilities.

Finally we start to get some background on the rest of the Liber8 cell.

Continuum - 1.01 A Stitch in Time

A law enforcement officer and a group of terrorists from 2077 end up in 2012 Vancouver.

Eight out of ten.

Yay, actual science fiction with time travel , a totalatian, corporate dystopian future and advanced police tech and weapons. Bonus: Vancouver is actually Vancouver and William B. Davis's evil smile is still intimidating.

Fringe - 4.19 Letters of Transit

It's 2036 and the Observers have taken control. The Resistance finds Dr. Walter Bishop in amber.

Seven out of ten.

It's insulting for series I've watched for four years to start an episode with a text explanation of unseen events - they should have shown it to me or just dumped me into the situation and let me figure it out as they told the story like at the start of the third season of Battlestar Gallactica or the Fringe episode where Peter was dumped into the future.
Somehow the Observers as bad Nazi caricatures seems too easy and lazy writing. That Etta is Peter and Olivia's daughter was pretty obvious from the start.

Alcatraz - 1.13 Tommy Madsen

Rebecca pursues Tommy Madsen, her grandfather and the man who killed her partner.

I'm getting sick of shows that open with a scene and then go back X hours to tell us how we got there. It's happening too often if you ask me and should be reserved for special purposes, instead of lazy story telling.

That was a rather disappointing and not very illuminating season finale and I doubt I'll watch next season if it gets renewed.

Alcatraz - 1.12 Garrett Stillman

Garrett Stillman, a very intelligent thief who specialized in armoured truck robberies, becomes active again as Lucy returns to work.

Lost Girl - 2.21 Into the Dark

Trick reveals secrets of Bo's parentage. Ciara's wake is held at the Dell as the gang tries to determine how to defeat the Garuda.

Nice twist that Trick is Bo's grandfather and Eva's father.

I really liked Kenzi in this episode.

Ringer - 1.19 Let's Kill Bridget

Bridget tries to safeguard her new family.

I ended up watching this live and found the game on my iPad more interesting.

Why are both of Andrew's wives horrible people? I don't think I like any of the characters on this show.

Lost Girl- 2.19 Truth and Consequences

Lachlan, the Ash, asks Bo to neutralize the Glaive whom he is concerned is allied with the Garuda. Lauren continues to try to discover what is wrong with Nadia. Nate gives Kenzi a key to his apartment while she struggles with the secrets she is keeping from him.

It's one of the more depressing episodes of the season so far but interesting to watch. I was sort of surprised by Dyson's absence though.

Supernatural - Refusing to Watch

So, I haven't watched a new episode of Supernatural since the last episode in December since in my head at the end of Death's Door Bobby could still live and I'm dreading having to deal with Bobby's death. At some point they have to have lost enough.
